This is dependent on the service you have selected and will could include one or more of the following:

• Current logos or brand graphics (PNG files)

• Your ABN and other relevant business details

• Instagram and Facebook access

• Log ins for any current domain host or website hosting services

• Brand colours and any relevant fonts.

• All photos and videos you have previously taken relevant to social media.

If you are using our social media management service, you will receive an invoice every four weeks, in advance.

If you are using a one off service like a logo design or website design, we require payment of 50% of your quote initially, and the remaining 50% will be invoiced once the product is finalised and you are satisfied.

There is no lock in contract for our social media management packages, however we do require a 2 weeks notice for cancellation of our services. Cancellation can be made in writing via email.

There are many variables that will determine the time it will take to complete a website construction. Some of these include the complexity of the site, number of pages required, whether you are transferring a domain from a previous site or using a new domain. Most sites can be completed within 1-4 weeks depending on these variables. However a time frame will be given to you upon enquiry once these details have been discussed. `We will also keep you constantly updated via email with progression reports throughout this time.
